VOCs-800P portable volatile organic compound analyzer is a portable volatile organic compound analysis instrument based on GC-FID technology. It mainly analyzes total hydrocarbons (THC), methane (CH4), non methane total hydrocarbons (NMHC), benzene derivatives (BTEX), VOCs factors, etc. It can be widely used for VOCs analysis and comparison detection of pollution sources and ambient air, emergency detection, survey, environmental law enforcement, etc.
The product design fully complies with the technical requirements and detection methods for portable monitoring instruments for total hydrocarbons, methane, and non methane in ambient air and exhaust gas (HJ1012-2018) and the gas chromatography method for determining total hydrocarbons, methane, and non methane in fixed pollution source exhaust gas (HJ38-2017).
Performance advantages
Professional and versatile, VOCs-800P not only meets the technical requirements of Type I and Type II instruments in HJ 1012 standard, but also meets the technical requirements of laboratory non methane total hydrocarbon equipment. In addition, the instrument can be extended to detect benzene derivatives and other VOCs characteristic factors.
Modular design and integration concept, the host, battery, and gas source can be integrated and disassembled, making it convenient for users to choose the appropriate integration solution according to the testing scenario, making your travel more reasonable.
Truly portable, with a weight of less than 9kg, the power and gas cylinder components are designed to be detachable, making it more convenient to carry.
The design of the sampling and analysis flow path for the total heat method ensures no cold spots in the entire system, guaranteeing accurate and reliable analysis results for different types of VOC samples. The pipeline is fully inert and treated with silane to ensure that the sample has no residue or adsorption, thereby improving the detection limit of the system method.
Sampling gun design, equipped with a detachable flange for easy fixation of the sampling rod, freeing up the operator's hands.
The valve injection system adopts an electrically controlled rotating plane ten way valve, which has high reliability, long service life, and saves gas source. It avoids the impact of pressure fluctuations in the cut-off valve during gas drive on the baseline and reduces gas consumption; Effectively prevent issues such as gas leakage, dead volume, and small diameter in diaphragm valves.
The FID detector design has a wide linear range, high sensitivity, and dual detection function for flame state.
The human-machine interface adopts a color touch screen, which can control the instrument and display the test results.
Data locking, with built-in GPS module, enables the combination of monitoring data and pollution points to lock in the pollution source.
Report output, can be connected to a pocket sized printer on site to print test results, and can also output professional test reports.
Remote operation of the APP enables one click start of the portable analyzer on the platform in the online device installation cabin, reducing the sampling time deviation between the online instrument and the portable device during comparison, ensuring the consistency of sampling, and ensuring the accuracy of comparison results.
Working hours: The instrument works continuously for more than 8 hours (power supply: continuous working hours>10 hours; gas source: continuous working hours>8 hours).
High strength packaging box design, equipped with rollers, pull rods, lifting rings, etc., making equipment handling and platform lifting more convenient and safe.
Power safety, separate design of battery and host, making battery charging and storage safer.
Safe gas source, solid-state hydrogen storage technology is used for hydrogen, with high volumetric hydrogen storage density, high purity, low-pressure inflation, low-pressure output, and no explosion hazard; Air and nitrogen use high-pressure gas cylinders that comply with the national standard GB11640, with a maximum pressure resistance of 30MPa.
